Meet Anya: Integrative Trauma Therapy in Manhattan
I'm Anya Kiseleva, a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) working with adults carrying complex trauma, attachment wounds, and stress-related challenges. My approach blends EMDR, IFS, somatic therapies, breathwork, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy to create a safe space for deep, lasting change.
Let's explore how we might work together
Background
Clinical Training
I hold an M.S.Ed in Mental Health Counseling from Fordham University and a BA in Psychology from Baruch College. I'm licensed in New York State as an LMHC and work with trauma survivors, attachment injury, and more.
Approach
Integrative Work
I integrate EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), IFS (Internal Family Systems or parts work), CBT, DBT, somatic therapies, and breathwork. Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy is available through Isha Health.
Trauma therapy is not about erasing the past. It is about helping the nervous system recognize that the threat is no longer happening.

Who I Serve
My Practice
I work with survivors of narcissistic abuse, attachment injury, sexual and relational trauma, borderline dynamics, dissociative states, codependency, and love addiction. LGBTQIA+ affirming, poly- and kink-aware, fluent in Russian.
What to Expect
How We Work
Healing is non-linear and unfolds in layers, guided by your own rhythm and readiness. We begin with safety and nervous-system regulation, not immediate trauma processing. If you're in crisis, you're not alone — in the US, call or text 988.
